In addition to the presentation and discussion of topics, a key (and very popular!) component of each session is a mini-mastermind where participants share experiences and find solutions to real-time management challenges together.

  • Getting great insights and support from your fellow workshop participants who share your passion to be the most effective leader they can be!
  • Getting great input from your coach, who knows from experience what it takes to keep all the plates spinning and who has “been there, done that!”
  • How are sessions structured?

    Each workshop session is 90 minutes in length.

    • The first segment invites each participant to check in with a “win” and a “challenge.”
    • The second segment introduces presentation of cutting-edge content and includes a brief exercise.
    • The third segment is a group mastermind 

    What is a mini-mastermind?

    Mini-masterminds are group discussions where participants can bring challenges they are facing into a confidential space to seek perspectives and find solutions with the help of their coach and peers.

     

    Are there homework assignments?

    Yes, homework assignment are given. Typically an assignment is comprised of readings or videos and required nor more than 30-45 minutes to complete.  

    When are sessions scheduled?

    Sessions are scheduled for Thursdays from 1:00pm to 2:30pm Sessions (with the exception of the confidential mastermind component) are recorded and made available to participants.

     

    What is the investment for the Lab?

    The investment for a workshop is $1,750

     

    Is the Lab refundable?

    Refunds are available no less than three business days before the workshop begins.

    Lab sessions are on Wednesdays from  12:00pm - 1:30pm EST.  Bonus coaching sessions will be scheduled after you have registered..
