In addition to the presentation and discussion of topics, a key (and very popular!) component of each session is a mini-mastermind where participants share experiences and find solutions to real-time management challenges together.
Each workshop session is 90 minutes in length.
- The first segment invites each participant to check in with a “win” and a “challenge.”
- The second segment introduces presentation of cutting-edge content and includes a brief exercise.
- The third segment is a group mastermind
Sessions are scheduled for Thursdays from 1:00pm to 2:30pm Sessions (with the exception of the confidential mastermind component) are recorded and made available to participants.
